You may have noticed a $10 monthly increase on your bill. Unfortunately, the vendor is now forcing us to pay for the remote management utilization of the LTE device located at your premises. In order for us to troubleshoot anything remotely at your location regarding that service, we will have to comply and pay the monthly management fee.
