Like many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about COVID-19 and how it continues to impact our world. We have been listening to the appropriate sources for accurate, up-to-date information. As the impact evolves, we are actively monitoring the situation, assessing risks, and are ready to implement additional precautionary measures needed to ensure a high level of safety for our customers and staff members.
With that in mind, we pledge for the next 60 days to:
(1) not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic;
(2) waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic; and
(3) Assist Small Businesses in allowing for employees to work from home. If your business requires help with accommodating a remote employee structure, TecInfo stands ready to assist with remote desktop, phone and connectivity issues.
